Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota. That part of Government Lot 3 lying in the N.W.
4, of the S.W. ;is Section 14, Township 28, Range'23'descr.ibed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northiwest•corner of the S.W. 4 of said'Section; thence
southerly on the west line of the S.W. 4 to a point'on the northwesterly line of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. right -of -way line; thence north-
easterly on the northwesterly line of said right -ofway to a point that is 50 ft.
easterly from the west line of the S.W. 4; thence northwesterly to a point .that is 40
ft. easterly from the west line and 230 ft. southerly from the.north line of the
r S.W. 4; thence northerly 230 ft. on a tine that is parallel and 40 ft. easterly rom
the westerly line of the S.W. 4 to a point on the northerly line of the S.W. 4,
subject to Montreal Ave.
`That part of Government Lot 3 in the N.W. 4 of the S.W. 4, Section 14, Township
28, Range 23 described as follows:
Beginning on a point at the intersection of the southeasterly right -of -way line
of-the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. and the west line of
Section 14, Township 28, Range 23; thence S. 73052' E. a distance of 75 ft. to a
point; thence northerly to a point on the southeasterly right -of -way line of the
above mentioned railroad, said point being 90 ft. northeasterly from the point of
beginning measured on said right -of -way line; thence southwesterly on said right -
of -way line to a point of beginning.
Also condemning and taking, an easement for street purposes over and'across the
Chicago, Milwaukee; St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. right -of -way on the following
described lands&
That part of Lot 1, Block 5,`Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota,
lying easterly of a line that is 80 ft. westerly of and parallel to the east line of
said addition. _
Lots 15 and 16, Block 7, Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota$,and
that part of vacated Stewart Ave. lying easterly of a line that is 80 ft. westerly
of and parallel to the east line of said addition.
The easterly 80 ft. of Lot 1, Block 8, Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul,
Minnesota. The westerly 80 ft. of Government Lot 3, in the N.W. 4 of the S.W. 4
of Section 14, Township 28, Range 23 lying between the northerly and southerly lines
of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St; Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. right- of -way.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for bridge construction purposes
on a triangular piece of land lying in the southeasterly part of Lot 12, Block 7,
Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, measuring 12 ft. on the easterly
line and 18 ft. on the southerly line of said lot..
Also condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and
fills for the grading of Elway St. on that part of Government Lot 3 in the N.W. 4
of the S.W. 4, Section 14, Township 28, Range 23 lying between the south ,line of
Montreal Ave. and the northwesterly line of'the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and
Pacific Railroad Co. right -of -way
