In the matter of opening, widening and extending Elway St. from Montreal Ave. to
Shepard Road by condemning and taking Lots 1, 29 15 and 16, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2,
Block 7, all in Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota. That part of
Government Lot 3 lying in the N.W. of the S.W. k, Section 14, Township 28, Range
23 described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwest corner of the S.W. of said Section; thence
southerly on the west line of the S.W. 4 to a point on the northwesterly line of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. right -of -way line; thence north-
easterly on the northwesterly line of said right -of -way to a point that is 50 ft.
