RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip -
went and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the fabrication and
installation of furniture and display cases for the Main Public Library located
at 90 West Fourth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to WATSON SALES CORPORATION in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached the Formal
Bid #8590 of said Watson Sales Corporation for the contract price of $11,990.00,
such bid being the lowest and said Watson Sales Corporation being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
