RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for full maintenance service on mobile two -way
radio system installed in trucks and vehicles under the Department of Public Works
for period of twelve months starting on the first of the month following the City
Comptroller's countersignature on contract, to DONNOR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#8578 of said Donnor Communications, Inc. for the contract price of $35,88.00
per month
and unit price of $6.50 each//for mobile units added, such bid being the lowest and
said Donnor Communications, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby,are authorized-to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
