The privilege shall be in effect only on Mondays through Fridays, ex- -- cept legal holidays, and at such }ours as stipulate!. RESOLVED that free use of the municipal golf courses shall be accorded St. Paul Public High School golf teams consisting of eight regulars, four alternates,. and one coach, during the 1962 school season, for practice and for their regular golf schedule, the same being a part of the physical education program of the public high schools. The privilege shall be in effect only on Mondays through Fridays, except legal holidays, and at such hours as stipulated by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings. If any High School player fails to gomply with the rules and regulations of the course he shall forfeit his right to participate on the courses free of charge. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that free use of the city golf courses shall also be accorded appropriate press, radio and television employees and certain public officials in pursuance of the public interest, as determined by the Com- missioner. Non - transferable permits shall be made available, and a ticket shall be issued upon presentation of such authorized permit and signing of the register provided for that purpose at each municipally -owned golf course.
