BE IT RESOLVED, That in accordance with Ordinance No. 10725, Council File 176072,
approved January 20, 1956, as amended by Ordinance No. 11709, Council File 196334,
approved April 12, 1960, the annual sewer maintenance charge to be made in 1961 against
the following commercial property, which is located in the Village of Arden Hills and
which is connected to the St. Paul Sewer System, be and hereby is determined to be the
amount set apposite the location of the connection as follows:
