BE IT RESOLVED, That in accordance with Ordinance No, 10725, Council
File 176072, approved January 20, 195.6, as amended by Ordinance No.
11709, Council File 196334, approved April 122 1960, the annual -sewer
maintenance charge to be made in 1961 against the following commercial
property, which is located in the Village of Shoreview and which is
connected to the St. Paul sewer system, be and hereby is determined to
be the amount set opposite the location of the connection as follows:
ADDRESS USE AMOUNT
3130 N. Lexington Service station $20.00
The above charge is under consideration for revision and is subject to
such change as shall be approved by the City Council.
