Statutes 1941, and upon delivexy to the Corporation Counsel of
a release approved by him, Columbia Transit Corporation and
Capitol Transit, Inc., be paid $75.83 out of the Judgment and
Compromise Fund in full payment of damages sustained in an .accident
on November 6, 1961, -with Richard Weisman, policeman, while in the
performance of his official duties.
