WHEREAS: Evelyn H. Bloom and Pat H. Levy desire to withdraw Application G-5885
for Grocery, Butthar, Off Sale Malt Beverage and Cigarette licenses
at 217 Charles Avenue and request the return of the license fee
deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to
refund to Evelyn H. Bloom and Pat H. Levy the pro-rated fee of $ 79.75,
deducting $ 7.25 from the original fee of $ 8700 posted for the
period the applicants operated on said application and to cancel
said application for licenses.
