RESOLVED, That pursuant to the app11cat1-on of
F. Morettini Construction Company therefor,a permit hereby
is granted to said applicant for the installation, maintenance
and operation of a portable rock crusher in Stewart Avenue
adjacent to Homer Street at the site and as an incident to the
"pa4n traction of a public sewer, at the cost of Webb Publishing
Company, in Stewart Avenue,and the installation 'in conjunction
with the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul
of a water main on Homer Avenue from Stewart Avenue,to West
Seventh Street; that said permit shall be limited`to the
installation, maintenance and operation of said portable stone crusher
for the crushing of rock excavated as an incident to said sewer and
water main installations and shall be operative for the periodlof 30
days next succeeding the publication of this resolution; that said
portable rock crusher, as operated under this permit, shall be
limited to the period of tLme between the hours 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
i on each work day exclusive of Sundays; that the same shall be 3ubject
to reasonable supervision and direction by the Commissioner of Public
Works; that said applicant shall be obligated to remove said rock
crusher at the end of said 30 day period, from said public street,
to barricade and maintain night danger signals thereon, to pro ide
against interference with traffic, and to fully indemnify and old
harmless the City of -. Saint -Paul, -its officers, agents, servants•
and "employees from all liability on account of any and all injuries
occasioned to "person or property resultant from the installation,
maintenance or operation of said portable rock crusher under said
permit; that said applicant shall provide public liability insurance
coverage indemnifying said City, its officers, agents, servants and
employees, against any such liability in an amount of $100,00 on
account of personal injury from any one accident and $5,000 o account
of injury to property on account of any one accident, and to urnish
proof of such insurance coverage to said City before the J illation
of said rock crusher device hereunder; and that said applicant shall,
before the exercise of said permit and not later then_ 5 days after the
publication of this resolution, file said applicant's written acceptance
