WHEREAS under Council File No. 203900 approved Septem-
ber 13,, 1961, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul
selected and recommended for approval as State A d Streets
for the City of Saint Paul, pursuant to the prov sions of
Minnesota Laws 1957, Chapter 493, a certain stre t numbered
and described as follows:
"West Seventh Street Frontage Road fro
Graham Avenue to Wheeler Street, Route
No. 22111 and.,
WHEREAS said street was described as a ''Municipal
State Aid Street" of the City of Saint Paul, subl`ect to
the approval of the Commissioner of Highways and,
WfiEREAS said Commissioner of Highways has requested
that the street so recommended and described be ore partic-
ularly*described,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the abode mentioned
Resolution,.together with the description of the street therein
recommended and designated, be amended so that in lieu of said
description the following description be inserted-:'
"West Seventh Street Frontage Road fro
the Graham Avenue - West Seventh Street
intersection to the Wheeler Street - West
Seventh Street intersection, Route No.
22111, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk ils hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of
this Resoiution to the Commissioner of Highways o the State
of Minnesota for his consideration.
