WHEREAS, the Corporation Counsel has instituted su't
in the District Court on a disputed claim of $234.97,being
Registered Bill No. R- 18336; and
WHEREAS, there is a dispute as to the liability of the
co- defendants in that suit; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the office of the Corporation Counsel
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate settlement'with the
co- defendants in the amount of $175.70 and the City Comptroller is
hereby authorized to accept such payment as a compromise settlement
of Registered Bill No. R- 18336.
