No. 20073+, the Council awarded damages in the amount of
$1,950,00 to Albert F. Heroff and Jacqueline D. Heroff based
on the understanding the said amount would be sufficient for
the owners to build a retaining wall on their property; and
WHEREAS, it was subsequently determined that due
to the existence of an unknown.peat bed, the cost of build
said wall was increased by the sum of $750.00;-.and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of this Council to
compensate said party for constructing the aforesaid retains g
wall; now, therefore, be it ,
RESOLVED, That the award of damages as set out in
Council File No. 20073+ be increased by $750.00 so that it
11F shall represent the sum of $2,700.00; and be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That upon approval of the Corporation
Counsel as to title, the proper City officers are authorized a d
directed to pay to Albert F. Heroff and Jacqueline D. Heroff he
amount of $2,700.00

COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, on February 8, 1961, under Council File
No. 20073+, the Council awarded damages in the amount of
