Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: Under date of December 4, 1961, a printed copy of Council File No. 204938 was mailed to Thomas J. and Emma Cusick, 326 View St., St. Paul 2 CC: Ramsey County Welfare Bureau, 476 St. Peter St., St. Paul 2 which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one story frame single family dwelling on Lot 42, Block 9, A. Vance Brown's Subdivision of Stinson & Ramsey Addition, also known as 326 View Street, St. Paul 2, Minnesota, as pb- lished in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation Andl Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re- move the structure thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.
