(December 23, 1961) AREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from December lst to December 15th 1<, inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain emplo3 of the Water Department for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: 1 Working king extra shifts, various stations: 2 Snow removal, various stations: 3 Repairing water mains. 4 Changing water meter Driving country crew to and from work.
