removal is unnecessary and would be detrimental to the interests o:

economies; that said Council protests against the same and offers
collaboration with the Federal Governmental Agency concerned in th
resolving of any problem of said agency concerning procurement of.
new site or additional office space, in said connection, within
the City of Saint Paul, it appearing that there exists adequate
office space at other locations within said City to accommodate
the requirements in the premises;
RESOLVED FURTHER., that the City Clerk hereby is directed
to preparea certified copy of this resolution and to deliver the
same to the Secretary of .Agriculture, the Honorable Orville Freemaj
