storm water drainage facilities; by reconstructing .existing paving, cu bing and
sidewalks where necessary; by constructing sewer, water and gas servic connections

RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and ie hereby ordered and direc�ted:
1. To investigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement. • I
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furniah a plan, profile or aketch of said improvement. I
� 4. To atate whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing mattera to the Commissioner of Finance.
