� The description of this property is a miscellaneous one, a cop of
� which is attached. The zoning is commercial and light industr .

; The property under consideration is a rectangularly shaped tract of
� land having a f rontage on Cedar Street of 173.? feet and 117.7 feet �
, on Ninth Street. Northeasterly and ad�oining on Ninth Street s a
: parking lot; northwesterly ad�oining is the Central Presbyteri n
Church which fronts on Cedar Street; southwesterly across Ceda� Street
� is the YA4CA and St. Agatha's Conservatory; southeasterly and a ross
t Ninth Street are various commercial stores. .

� The staff and traffic engineer have reviewed the plans of the piroposed
t parking ramp and �ind that they meet the standards for tbis type o�
h facility. The Traffic Ettgineer has reviewed the proposal with espect
4 to traffic movements into and out of this facility and approves same.

� In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning reco mends
the granting of the application for a 154 car parking ramp on t e
� above described property in accordance with plans approved Octo er 3,
