The no parking restriction on the north Hudson Road Service rive is actually a renewal of an existing no parking restriction placed by the state which was not covered by an ordinance. I The no parking restriction in the alley bounded by Arcade, Case, Jenks and Mendota was by petition and passed by the Traffic CommiXtee.
