RESOLUTION
SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA

WHEREAS, on February 6, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-127,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from
September 11 to October 20, 2007. (File No. J0706P, Assessment No. 8406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1140 Grand Avenue, being described as:
Manson and Simonton's Addition to St. Paul, in Ramsey County, Minnesota Lot 10 Blk 4;
with the property identification number 03-28-23-41-0072 was assessed an amount of $131.38 for graffiti
removal; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
madc in error.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
I3F IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $13138, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-127 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
