A determination was made by HR that the creation of a Senior Prosecutor classificarion was appropriate. AFSCME I,egal Bazgaining Unit representarives were norified of the creation of the Senior Prosecutor classification and they had no objections. Advantages If Approved: Approval of this resolution will establish the equitable compensation for this new mmclassified Senior Prosecutor posirion. Disadvantages 1f Approved: None. Disadvantages If Not Approved: Equitable compensation will not be established.
