Saint Paul. for the Wanter Caxnival of 1962, be it
Further Resol.ved, That to support and maintain the morale of
the City�s employees and the necessaxy expenses of sponsoring the
�� City-County Princess, th�at a button sale be conducted by said
City and County Carnival Club; and be it
Further Resolved, That the Deputies of the City Cowncil and the
Mayor serve as committee, with authority to appoint representa.tives
throughout the City depaxtments for the sale of sai.d City a.nd County
Carnival Club buttons which are the sole support of the aforesaid
enterprise.
