_ • WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville has made application for
extending its sanitary ser�ers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance
No. 10725, C. F. No. 176063, approved January 20, 1956, and as
amended, has submitted plans and specifications for said work, aAd
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved
by the Commissioner of Public Works of the City of St. Paul, there-
� fore, be it .
� RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul
approve the plans ar�d specifications as submitted for the follow-
ing sanitary sewer extension in the Village or Roseville:
Plan dated October 6, 1961, on Grotto Street from County
Road "B`' to Sherrin Avenue and in Sherrin Avenue from Grotto Street
to Cul-de-sac west of Grotto Street.
And the Village of Roseville be and it is k�erein authorized
to proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accord-
ance with said plans and specificatlons.
