WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance No.
_ ° � 11709, approved April 12, 1g60, original Ordinance No. 10725, approved
� January 20, 1956, concerning the sewer system of the Vi.11age of Rose-
ville; to include certain specified areas of the Village of Shoreview
• �� as being permitted to be connected to the public sewer system of the
� Village of Roseville, which connects to that of the City of St. Paul, �
and ;
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. l, Project No. 3, prepared by the consulting engineers for
the Village of Shoreview and approved by the Village Council of the
�� �Viilage of Shoreview on April 6, 1961 , and approved by the Village
'Cou�cil of the Village of Roseville on October 27, 1961, and

€ WHEREAS, The plans and spec�fications for 1/illage of Snoreview
�F improvement No. 1, Project No: 3, have been heretofore submitted to
and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer
� as being in all , things satisfactory, be it further
, � RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Village of
Shoreview, Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 , Project No. 3, be approved. ,
