�� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said repart, hereby resolves:
�� 1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
�� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn a.nd take
a.n easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, 3.ncluding right of removal
o{f lateral support from sub3ect lan.d or remainder thereof� oCCa,sioned by excavations
thereof or construction of slopes in the grading a.nd surfacing with bituminous material
