directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials a're hereby authorized and di�ected to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith. �

To the Conur�issioner of Finance of the ��City of Saint Paul:
The Coimnissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
litninary order of the Council� known as Council �.le No. 204122
approved Sept. 27th. 19 61 relative to reconstructgng the side-
walk on the east side of Cretin Ave, from Iglehart Ave, to Carroll Ave.

��and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0. 52 per sq. ft. for mono. conc. walk
4" thick. Extra work(excav. , fill. conc rem'd� root cutting� drive
���rossinas. etc. ) at extra cost,
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
