; Robert W. Murnane, Attorney, 1106 Commerce Building, St. Paul
�` 1, Minnesota; which resolution directed the wrecking and
� removal of the one story store building on Lot 10, Welshon' s
Place, also known as 376 North Cleveland Avenue, as published
�� in the official paper.

� No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not bee
� removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
� will authorize the Commissioner�of Parks And Recreation And
� Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
� remove the structure thereon and to do any and all things
