heard all persons, objections and recommendatione relative thereto, and having fully coneidered the same;
therefore, be it

� R.ESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and ki.nd of im-
p,4 ovement to be made by the eaid G�ty is
�� condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts
and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder
�thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in grading and
surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Registered Land Survey No. 104 from
�� �Winthrop Street East to turn-around _

and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
�� RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following l�nd, lands or easementa therein. be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of malflng said improvements, vis.a .
�� For slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support
from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction
of slopes in grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Registered
Land Survey No. 104 from Winthrop Street East to turn-around to the extent shown on
the plan on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works.

directed to prepare plans and specificatione for eaid improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
