In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material English
Street from Wilson Avenue to Third Street, Wilson Avenue from Johnson Park-
` way to Clarence Street and Clarence Street from Old Hudson Road to Witson
Avenue under Pretiminary Order 200083, approved December 15, 1960, and Final
Order No. 202258, approved May 23, 1961;
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvement be and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of
� • Public Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the fine grading, construct
the bituminous curb, and surface the roadway by Ci.ty forces at an estimated
• cost of $17,345.00, and the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary
materials, and be it
� FURTHER RESOLUED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby directed
� • to obtain bids for the improvement (except the work to be done by City forces)
� as per plans and specifications, and be it
f PURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement including engineer-
ing and inspection expenses amounting to $1,735.00 or a total of $19,080.00
plus the cost of grading be assessed against the benefited property.
