ment be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioneh of Public Works
be, and he is hereby directed to fill the pre-mixed bituminous gutters, do the
�fine grading, and surface the roadway-with a pre-mixed bituminous surfacing at
a �ost of $12,665.00, and the Purchasing A�ent proceed to secure the necessary
materials, and be it � .
FURTHER RESOLUED, That the' Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby directed to
obtain bids for the ��q�� improvement, the bids to show separately the amount for
the grading work (except the work to be done by the City forces) and the amount
for the sewer work as per plans and specifications and the total thereof to be
considered as bids for the entire improvement, and be it
FURTHER RESOLUED, That the cost of the above improvement including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $1,267.00 or a total of $13,932.00 be financed
� � by assessing $10,592.00 against the benefited property and $3,340.00 be financed
