Dear Council Members :
Under date of July 10, 1961, a printed copy of Council File
No. 202883 was mailed to Maceo G. and Olivette Moody, 718
West Central Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking
and removal of the two story frame duplex dwelling described
as Except Rondo Street, Lot 8, Block 3, Wm. Bickelts Subdivi-
sion, also known as 712 Rondo Street, as published in the �
official paper.
No a�ppeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
r.emove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
ther.ein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
