� West College Avenue, St. Paul 2 and Mrs. Ethel Merten, 909
�E Wilson Avenue, St. Paul 6, Minnesota, which resolution dir-
�� ected the wrecking and removal of the two story frame
dwellin�'at 178 West College Avenue, described as Except
� SWly 28/ feet, Lot 4, Block 61, Irvinets Enlargement of
Rice and Irvinets Addition to Town of St. Paul, as publish-
ed in the official paper.
This office has received no appea�. for a rehearing of the
condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
` removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad-
joining property.
