` tion Company, who desire a permit to construct an eight foot
a� chain link fence around the new pool at the St. PaulPool And
it Tennis Club at 1055 Osceola Avenue.

�4 This fence will serve as a safety measure at times when
�� there is no supervision and our inspector reports there
� is no objection to its construction.
�' Therefore, it is my recommendation that the Council authorize
. � the Building Bureau to issue this permit in accordance with
� the plans on file.
