Council City of Saint Paul E Dear Council Members : E j I am returning herewith the letter of Dr. Richard B. Tregilgas who requests Council permission to erect a six foot fence around a portion of his rear yard at ?1' Jefferson Avenue. Our inspector reports that the fence is to be a louvred, redwood fence to be erected on the south, east and north ; sides of the yard. The portion on the east boundary fac- E ing Finn is sufficiently distant from any intersection I and will not obstruct the view of drivers or pedestrians. Our inspector also interviewed the neighbors and reports ' he can see no objections to this structure. ' . Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council authorize the Building Bureau to issue a permit for the ( erection of this fence. Yours truly, Al ed H.
