commencing on May 1, 2048 and continuing through April 30, 2010, with the right of termination in both
Landiord and Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

THIS AGREEMENT, is made by and between the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation
("Landford") and City of St. Paul ("TenanY'), and shali be an amendment and addition to Lease No. 62004.
WfTNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into Lease No. 620C4 ("Lease") involving the rental of commercial
property;
WHEREAS, the parties deem certain amendments and additional terms and conditions mutuaily beneficial fior
the effective continuation of said Lease; and
NOW THEREFOR�'�Landlord and Tenant agree to substitution and/or addition of the following terms and
conditions which shall become a part of the Lease No. 620�4, effective as of the date set forth hereinafter.

Effective on April 30, 2008, Section 2 of the Lease is deleted in its en6rety and the following is
substituted in lieu thereof:
2. RENT. Tenant shaii pay to Landiord as rent for the Premises the sum of Fourteen Hundred and
no/100 Dollars ($1,400.00) in 2 yearly payments of Seven Hundred and no/100 Doilars ($700.00) due
and payabfe on or before the first day of May of each calendar year during the term of this iease. Rent
payments are to be mailed or delivered to Landiord's finance office as follows:
