} for said purchase price, said check being drawn on
� Northwester.n National Bank of Minneapolis and numbered

� the quit claim deed of said City as� grantor, to said
Company as grantee, covering said fractional part of said
� "Lot 11, Block 6, Original Plat of the City of St. Paul,
� commonly designated St. Paul proper", . according to the
� recorded plat thereof filed of record in the office of
� the Begister of Deeds in and for Aamsey County, Minnesota.
� The said check and form of proposed quit claim deed, in the

� We are in the process of procuring the bond, the agreement

} relating to the alley in Block 6, St . Paul Proper and expect to
be able to close this week.

� Council File 202981, approved July 12, 1961, requires
{ that The Dayton Company purchase the portion of the alley to
: which the city has a deed within 30 days after the passage of
E the resolution.

� The City of St . Paul acquired this title by two deeds .
� The first deed is a deed dated January 2, 1go8, filed February 11,
� 1908 in book 527 of Deeds at page 302, running from certain
f individuals to the City of St . Paul in which the description is
� as follows:
� "An undivided two-thirds of the north twenty (20) �
� feet of the west twenty (20 feet of Lot numbered
` eleven (11) in Block six ( 6� of original plat of
� the "City of St . Paul" (commonly known and designated
\as "St . Paul Proper") . -
� The second deed is a guardian' s deed filed February 11,
� Zgo8 in book 5�0 of Deeds at page 10�+ in which the description
� is as follows:

� "An undivided one-third (1��) of the northerly
� twenty (20) feet of the west twenty (20) feet of
t Lot numbered eleven (11) in Block numbered six
� 6) of the original plat of the "City of St . Paul"
