�� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
- upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
�� 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
�4 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the
sidewalk on both sides of Wilson Ave. from Earl St. to Frank St., except Where good.

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
��earing, the nature of the improvement and the total coat thereof as estimated.
