day of at the hour of 10 o cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
�� the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Cammissioner of Finance

� give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in sa,id notice the time and place of
f -
� heaxing, the nature of the improvement, the tota,l cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
� _
� lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natice is directed.
