The G legal description is West 8.50 feet of Lot 20, and all of Lot F 21, Wh�tacre, Brisbine � i�[ullins Subdivision of Lots 1 and 2 � of Leech''s Addition of Outlots to the Town of Saint Paul. i This building is two stories high at the front and three stor- � ies high at the rear, approximately 33 by 44 feet. There is 4 general deterioration of this building. The outside trim has �� rotted. Plaster is loose and cracked. Floors are uneven ; due to settlement in the foundation. The brick veneer at the i back of the house and in other locations is loose and bulging.. � � Due to the condition of the plumbing, electrical work, and gen- � eral deterioration, this building should be wrecked and removed � A Danger Notice has been posted. i The last known �scord owners are: Nicholas Berlin, Maria Ther- ; esa Berlin and Anthony S. Berlin, 2200 South Redwood Drive, E Anaheim California. Arthur Thom Realty Company, 315 New York Building, St. Paul 1, are agents . � � It is recommended that a public hearing date be set in accord- �� ance with Section 1.07-2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code. � It is requested that C. F. 202476 and 202885 be cancelled as { these refer to the building as being on Lot 22.
