RESOLUED, That in accordance with authorization received
from the Minnesota Commissioner of Highways, the speed limits
on the described city streets be changed to be as follows: �
40 miles per hour on the Northern Route from Snelling Avenue
to N. Grotto Street.
40 miles per hour on Shepard Road from Randolph Avenue to
Otto Avenue.
40 miles per hour on Otto Avenue from Shepard Road to W. ,
Seventh Street. �

and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise existing speed
, zones in accordance with the findings of the Commissioner of
Highways.
