the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
� RESOLVED, That the said� assessmen�t be a.nd the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FUR.THER,, Tha,t a public hea,ring be had on said assessment on the 16th
daq of August, 1961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Cammissioner of �nance
gine notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in sa.id notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natice is directed.
