the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it ' '
RESQLVED, That the said� assessmen�t be and the same is hereby in all respecta approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a �public hearing be had on said assessment on the 16th
day of Au�tzst, 1961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court Houae a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
giye notice of said meetings, a,s required by the Charter, sta,ting in ea.id notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, the tota,l cost thereo�, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natice is directed.
