� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
� upon the above improvement, and having conaidered said repart, hereby resolvea:
� 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the sa,id improvement ,
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is to reconstruct the
� sideWalk on both sides of Magnc7lia Ave. from Park St. to Abell St. and on the soutY� side
of Ma.gnolia Ave. f�c�m,Abell St. to Jackson St., except where good and sufficient

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on thP 15th day of
AugustTlQf�l , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Fina.nce give notice of
• said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estimated.
