This propert e Y � is presently vacant and at the street grade of Conway Street. The pro- ! perty has a f rontage along Conway Street of 258.5 Peet and 134 feet along � - Clarence Street resultiag in an area o� 34,639 square feet. North and ! ad,�oining are single-family residences �ahich �ront on E.
