Richard M. Williams against the City of

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
f Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to
pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Richard M. Williams, the

j sum of $250.00 in full settlement of hiscla,im against the City, 'arising
l
from damage to his car while it was parked at 572 West Central-Avenue in
the City of Saint Paul, on June 14, 1961, when it was struck by a City
vehicle in charge of Edward. Johnson.

Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon his
execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to
be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for an damages sustained by
said claimant in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
