RESOLVED, That Cities Service Oil Co. be permitted to
reconstruct its existing filling station at the northwest
corner of Minnehaha"St'reet and White Bear Avenue, on Lots
28 and 29, Block 4, Kuhl's 2nd Addition to St. Paul, in
accordance with plans approved May 18, 1961, such construction
to be under the direction and to the satisfaction of the
Commissioner of Public Safety, subject also to the condition
that the sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and
free of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
In regard to the application of the Cities Service Oil Company
for permission to remodel their filling station at 1773 H. Minnehaha
Avenue.
They wish to install three pump islands and three 4,000 gallon
underground gasoline storage tanks.
We have investigated the foregoing and report that this installa-
tion will be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the
National Board of Fire Underwriters and the St. Paul Fire Prevention
Code.
