SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 June 20, 1961 Hon. Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: Returned is the application of W. R. McAfee, 2003 James Avenue, who desires a permit to build a 24 foot long fence of various heights. This fence will be about 24 feet north on Kenneth, starting with a piece six feet high by eight feet long next to the rear of the house; then one section five feet high by eight feet long; followed by a third section four feet high by eight feet long. Our inspector reports that the fence will be-of red cedar slats and he can see no objections to the erection of it. We, therefore, recommend that the Council authorize the Building Department to issue this permit. Yours. truly, 0 Alf d H. Schroeder ARCHITECT AHS ..
