Dear Council Members:
Returned herewith is the request and blueprint submitted
by C. B. Samp4Ar, of 1465 Summit Avenue, who desires a
permit for the construction of a fence at the rear of his
property.
Our inspector reports that the average height,including
the masonry wall which is already in existence,will be
about seven feet and the fence is desired in order to
provide privacy for the owner. We can see no objections
and therefore, recommend that the Council authorize the
Building Department to issue a permit for the erection
of this fence.
