Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: This office has had an inspection made of the property at 751 East Iowa Avenue, where Mr. T. R. Seiz has re- quested permission to erect a six foot high horizontal louvre fence along the west side of the property line, ! with a set .back of approximately ten inches,fr.om the property line, said fence to extend from the rear portion of the house in a northerly direction. Our inspector reports that this fence is for privacy, the neighbors are agreeable, and there is no hazard.
