RESOLVED, that T. R. Seiz be permitted to construct
a 6 -ft. high horizontal louvre fence along the west side
of the property line at 751 East Iowa Avenue, with a set
back of approximately 10 inches from the property line
and extending from the rear portion of the house in a
northerly direction, said fence to be constructed under
the direction and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner

Dear Council Members:
This office has had an inspection made of the property
at 751 East Iowa Avenue, where Mr. T. R. Seiz has re-
quested permission to erect a six foot high horizontal
louvre fence along the west side of the property line,
! with a set .back of approximately ten inches,fr.om the
property line, said fence to extend from the rear portion
of the house in a northerly direction.
Our inspector reports that this fence is for privacy, the
neighbors are agreeable, and there is no hazard. There-
; fore, it is our recommendation that the Council authorize
the Building Bureau to grant this permit.
