WHEREAS, Waverly Place between the east line of John Street and
the extended east line of the west 14 feet of Lot 13, Jarvis Subdivision
of Lot 3, of Bass Addition of Outlots to Saint Paul was vacated by
Council -File No. 199754, approved November 22, 1960.
WHEREAS, The existing public sewer in Waverly Place is a stub
sewer terminating at John Street, the sole purpose and benefit of said
stub sewer being to provide sewer service to properties abutting on
Waverly Place.
WHEREAS, Sanitary Farm Dairies, Inc. owner of said properties
abutting Waverly Place, plans to construct a building addition across
vacated Waverly Place and no longer desires this sewer service, and
WHEREAS, Said Sanitary Farm Dairies, Inc. has requested that
the above said sewer in vacated Waverly Place be abandoned as a
public sewer now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the public sewer in Waverly Place'betweek John
Street and a point 125 feet easterly of the east line of John Street
be abandoned as a public sewer. ,
